How to Make a Protein Shake

 Need a quick protein fix. How about a protein shake. I love berries! Here's how to make my quick to-go shake.

 

1 Cup of Silk Almond Milk (Unsweetened)

1 Small Cup of Syntha-6 Powder (Cup Provided in Bucket)

1 TBSP of Greek Yogurt

2 Strawberries

1 Handful of Blueberries

1 handful of Rasberries/Blackberries

1/3 of Your Drinking Cup of Ice
